We have appointed Kevin Cooper as Director of Operations as we pave the way for the next stage of our development.

In the new role, Kevin will oversee the development and efficient working of VG’s business and will drive projects to enhance the Company’s operations. He will serve as the Director responsible for the performance of the Operations, Projects, Tech Transformation and ICT Support Services teams.

With a career spanning 30 years, Kevin has a long-running track record of strengthening operational efficiency and client experience across various financial businesses. Previously he spent 11 years at Nautilus Trust Company Limited and later its 2016 acquirer First Names Group, where he played a key role in integrating new teams following acquisitions and streamlining internal processes to improve productivity. His experience also includes several senior roles in the Jersey office of Bankers Trust Company of New York.
