We're thrilled to announce that Sarah-Louise Mason and Tommy Ling have been named in the 2022 ‘Channel Islands Top 35 Under 35’ list published by eprivateclient.
Designed to identify, recognise, promote, and introduce the rising stars of the Private Client practitioner community in the Channel Islands, the awards are wholly nominated by clients and judged by senior members of PAM Insight’s editorial team.
Sarah-Louise joined VG in 2020 and is a Senior Trust Officer with responsibility for the day-to-day administration for a portfolio of trusts, companies, and foundations. Sarah-Louise holds both the STEP Diploma in International Trust Management and CISI Certificate in Islamic Finance. Debbie Lumsden, Director at VG, commented on Sarah-Louise’s achievement, “she consistently meets her KPIs and despite her own workload is always willing to help the team and provide additional assistance. A real team player with the right skill set to go far in this profession”.
Tommy joined VG as a Trainee in September 2020 and was quickly promoted to Trust Administrator in May 2021. Tommy looks after a portfolio of private clients whilst also supporting wider team with general admin related tasks. Tommy is currently studying towards his STEP Diploma in International Trust Management. Debbie Lumsden commented on Tommy’s listing, “Tommy made a career move into finance two years ago giving up a lucrative and successful job to start as a trainee trust administrator. Tommy joined an extremely busy private wealth team at VG and so had a very steep learning curve which he took this in his stride. He navigated his way through a tricky portfolio of clients and has established strong relationships with his clients.”
