We're proud to share that Private Client Director, Debbie Lumsden, has been recognised at the 2022 Citywealth Powerwomen Awards and awarded Bronze for Woman of the Year - Leadership - Financial Organisation (Director).

Judged by an international panel, comprised of highly respected practitioners in the private wealth sector, the Awards seek to  champion women in the wealth sector and highlight the female leaders of today and tomorrow. The awards recognise individuals and companies who maximise the potential of women in wealth and spotlights those who support caregiving responsibilities, female leadership and celebrate diversity. Debbie’s accolade recognises the value that clients place on Debbie’s management of their affairs and is reflected in feedback from several clients, who describe having every faith and confidence in her to ensure matters are attended to and within extremely tight and important deadlines. Debbie’s enthusiastic, caring, and positive approach have allowed her to work with the teams to focus on accelerating business development, strengthening interdepartmental relations and championing VG’s employee value proposition.

Debbie joined VG in 2020 and is member of VG’s Senior Executive Group and a Main Board Director. Since joining VG she has made a significant contribution to building VG’s portfolio of private clients. Debbie’ success is a result of her 20 years’ experience, impressive track record of analysing and developing new business opportunities and deep experience of managing client relationships, dealing with complex structures and transactions in a variety of jurisdictions for high-net-worth individuals and families globally.
