Key responsibilities
- Answering phones, photocopying, scanning, faxing, preparing emails, letters and spreadsheets in conjunction with Administrators.
- Liaising with clients and intermediaries and implementing their instructions once approved by a Senior Administrator.
- Preparing on-line payments and appropriate bank instructions.
- Preparing necessary documentation for the incorporation or dissolution of companies and establishment or termination of Trusts.
- Prepare Annual Confirmations for client companies.
- Prepare board memos and minutes, where required, and maintain the statutory records for the companies administered.
Skills, knowledge and expertise
Be willing to work towards a professional qualification e.g. ICSA, ACA, ACIB, STEP
